According to the CDC Drowning is a leading cause of death for children.
In the United States:
*More children ages 1-4 die from drowning than any other cause of death except birth defects
*For children ages 1-14, drowning is the second leading cause of unintentional injury death after motor vehicle crashes.
Initiative to Read
According to the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP), a sector of the U.S. Department of Education, 85 percent of Black students lack proficiency in reading skills.
We will assess each child individually and design a program based on your child's needs.
